Refund policy



AnnieLuv needs to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order!

We allow 14 days from the day of receipt of your purchase to return any full-priced items that you are not satisfied with. All returns must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for return. All returns receive a store credit. Customers are expected to pay shipping charges on all returns. We advise buying insurance and obtaining a tracking number for all returns. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed.

Cash refunds are provided immediately for out-of-stock items in your purchased order.

All FINAL SALE items, ACCESSORIES, CUSTOM MADE and SCUBA MATERIAL OUTFITS are FINAL sales and cannot be returned.
Clothes must be unworn, free of smoke and perfume, and have hang tags and security tags intact to be eligible for return. Send questions to info@annieluv.com.
